Jowhar (HOL) - President of Hirshabelle, Ali Gudlawe Hussein, dismissed the Minister of Trade and Industry, Yahye Ismail Mohamed, and the Minister of Constitution, Qader Hassan Mohamed, following a decree issued by the Office of the President.
He did not explain why ministers were fired, and he did not nominate replacement ministers.
Last Thursday, Hirshabelle regional state Minister of Reconciliation, Abdikarin Ali Nur, officially announced his resignation, citing the regional President's failure to follow through on a commitment he made during his visit to Beledweyne town in February this year.
He accused the President of failing to correct the state's political power-sharing agreement, which has long been a cause of concern for Hiraan residents.
